CANCELLATION POLICY:  You may cancel a winter 2013 course before January 18, 2013 and obtain a refund minus a $15 administration fee. You may cancel a spring 2013 course before April 10, 2013 and obtain a refund minus a $15 administration fee. After those dates refunds will not be issued.

Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient registration. Registrants are contacted by phone and offered a choice of:

·          transferring to another course

·         receiving a full refund to Visa or MasterCard

·         receiving a full refund by cheque, for payments made by cash or cheque. NOTE: cheque refunds require a processing period of approximately 4-6 weeks and will be mailed via Canada Post.

Login ID and PIN numbers are required for use of our online registration system. If you do not have an account but wish to create one please send your request for a login ID and pin number along with the student's full name, home phone, work phone, home mailing address, and return email address to Continuing.Education@ocsb.ca.

If you have an account but cannot remember your Login ID and Password Click on My Account after directing your browser to the link above, and retrieve your login information by submitting your main home email address. The system will respond by sending an email with all the information you require.
